Great encryption, but the free quota games annoy me
The end-to-end encryption is genuinely reassuring and I like that nobody at MEGA can read my files. But the so-called 20GB free space keeps shrinking as the bonus storage expires, and on slow days my downloads hit a transfer cap before I'm even done. Torn between trusting the privacy and being frustrated by the limits.

Quick and well-organized courier
SF Express consistently gets my packages delivered quickly and their network coverage across cities is excellent. The pickup scheduling is flexible and the riders are courteous. I would rate it higher still if their packaging materials for fragile items were a bit sturdier.

Decent yield gains but support is inconsistent
AdPushup did modestly raise our publisher revenue through better demand competition, which we appreciate. The problem is that response times from support swing wildly depending on who you get. When it works it's good, but the experience is uneven enough that I can't fully recommend it.

Account access blocked and support went silent
Logged in from a new location and got hit with a verification loop that never let me back in. Sent two tickets over a week and got nothing but the automated acknowledgement. I have paid premium files I literally cannot reach right now. Incredibly frustrating for something I'm paying for.

Fast delivery but stock runs out quickly
The Iconic is great for next-day delivery in the city and the range of brands is impressive. The frustrating part is that popular sizes sell out almost as soon as items drop, so I've missed out a few times. When I do snag what I want, the experience is smooth. A genuinely mixed feeling.

Best delivery pizza I have had in ages
Ovenstory absolutely nailed my order. The loaded paneer pizza was bursting with toppings, the crust was perfectly baked, and the garlic bread on the side was addictive. Delivered hot and bang on time. For a cloud kitchen pizza this genuinely rivals the big names.

Strong platform, pricing model gave us pause
Lumen's distribution technology is capable and the implementation was clean. We are a bit torn, though, because the commercial terms felt steep for our early-stage volumes. For a larger platform it would be a clear yes; for us the value is still proving out as we scale.

Junior team left us out of the loop for weeks
For the fees a firm of this stature charges, the communication on our corporate restructuring was unacceptable. The partner who pitched us was barely visible after engagement and the associates went silent for nearly three weeks at a critical filing stage, which caused us to miss an internal deadline. When I escalated, the response was defensive rather than fixing it.

Saved my trip when a flight was cancelled
When my flight got cancelled last minute, Traveloka's support rebooked me on the next available departure within an hour and kept me updated the whole time. The app also made it painless to add airport transfers and an attraction ticket. Couldn't have asked for more.

Rushed consult, wrong prescription
My visit to Eye-Q felt like a conveyor belt. The eye exam was hurried, and the spectacle prescription they gave left me with headaches until another optician corrected it. For a dedicated eye-care chain I expected far more careful refraction. Very disappointing.

App turned sluggish and ate memory after updates
Postman used to be snappy but lately the desktop app crawls, especially with larger collections, and it chews through RAM on my machine. Syncing also hung a couple of times and I lost some unsaved request changes. For a tool I live in all day, the performance regression is a real problem.

I expected the rosemary oil to be potent given Soulflower's reputation, but this batch smelled weak and felt watered down compared to my last bottle. For an essential-oils brand, consistency really matters. Left me hesitant to reorder the same product.
