Booking nightmare and no clarity from support
I paid my Ultraviolette booking amount expecting timely delivery and instead got silence. The delivery date moved repeatedly with no proactive updates, and reaching anyone helpful was a struggle. For a premium-priced electric motorcycle, this level of service is frustrating and unprofessional.

Elite Dangerous made the galaxy feel huge
Frontier nailed the sense of scale with Elite. Flying between systems in a 1:1 Milky Way is breathtaking and the flight model is the best I have used. As a simulation studio they are clearly at the top of their craft.

Paid extra but support went silent
After I made the payment to RegisterKaro for my GST registration, the responsive sales attitude vanished completely. Calls went unanswered and my assigned person kept changing, so I had to explain my case from scratch each time. The lack of accountability once they had my money was deeply frustrating.

Solid concept, reporting needs work
For managing a distributed financial-services sales team, Vymo gives decent visibility into field activity and the auto-logging saves reps time. Where it falls short for us is the analytics layer, which doesn't slice data the way our managers want. It's a capable tool that still has gaps.

Transformation project overran badly
We engaged Publicis Sapient for a digital transformation programme and the timeline slipped well past the original estimate, with costs climbing accordingly. Some of the consultants were sharp, but continuity suffered as people rotated off. For the premium we paid, the delays were a serious disappointment.

What sold me is how the mobile app quietly backs up every photo and video the second I'm on wifi, no babysitting required. Freed up loads of space on my phone. The 1TB free tier means I'm nowhere near the limit and restoring an old picture takes seconds. Set it and forget it, exactly what I wanted.

I really value how affordable and connected Kaiser Permanente makes routine care, and the online appointment system is excellent.
