Decent value once it's running
Once my Ortel Communications connection was set up it has been fairly stable and the price is competitive for my area. The installation took longer than I'd have liked, which is my main gripe. Beyond that, the day-to-day service has met my needs.
Pros
Competitive price, stable once installed
Cons
Slow initial installation

Too many inactive profiles to wade through
I had high hopes for Outsourcely but spent ages messaging candidates who never replied because their profiles were clearly abandoned. For a platform aimed at long-term hiring, the lack of activity filters made the search frustrating and slow. I eventually found someone elsewhere.

Best-in-class for technical SEO at scale
Once we got past onboarding, Botify proved unmatched for understanding crawl budget and indexation on our enterprise site. Pairing crawl data with real log files showed us exactly which pages bots were wasting time on, and fixing that lifted our organic visibility. I'd only ask for slightly simpler reporting for non-technical stakeholders.

The instructor variety keeps me coming back
What sold me on Peloton is the sheer range of classes beyond just cycling — strength, yoga and the running content are fantastic. The leaderboard makes me a bit competitive in the best way. Build quality on the equipment feels premium and it has held up to daily use without a single creak.

World-class risk analytics and claims paying
Munich Re's risk solutions team brought data and modelling depth that smaller reinsurers simply cannot match. When a major loss event hit our portfolio, claims were settled promptly and without quibbling over wording. Their financial strength gives our board real confidence.

Gorgeous to look at, frustrating little faults
My DB11 is the most beautiful car I've owned and the V8 soundtrack is intoxicating. But I'm genuinely torn, a couple of niggling electrical issues and squeaks have meant more dealer trips than I'd like. When it's right it's heaven, when it's not it's a worry.

Good structured coding course for kids
We enrolled our daughter in Codingal to learn programming and the live classes have been well-organised with a clear path from basics to building real projects. She looks forward to the sessions and the teacher gives helpful feedback. My only gripe is that rescheduling a missed class isn't always easy when our week gets busy.

Snagging issues took ages to resolve
The apartment looked great at handover but I logged several snags and the after-sales team was painfully slow to fix them. It took multiple follow-ups over weeks to get a leaking bathroom and chipped flooring sorted. For a premium developer at this price point I expected faster aftercare.

Professional partner for our office expansion
Table Space made our office expansion painless by managing the entire customised build-out while we focused on the business. The space is well designed and the maintenance team is on top of things. I'd have appreciated a clearer cost breakdown during the proposal stage, but the end product speaks for itself.

Great vehicle let down by service costs
Love driving the Compass but every visit to a Jeep India service centre feels like a shock. A routine service cost me nearly double what friends pay for comparable SUVs, and a couple of parts were marked up steeply. The product is good; the ownership cost is hard to justify.

Balm Dotcom and Cloud Paint are perfect
I'm completely sold on Glossier. The Cloud Paint blush blends like a dream and lasts all day, and the lip balm has saved my skin through winter. Shipping was fast and the products feel exactly as photographed. This is the rare beauty brand that lives up to the buzz.

Affordable and effective, PDFs could be cleaner
I bought an Exampur batch for railway group D and the value is excellent. The classes are engaging and the practice questions are relevant to the exam. The downloadable notes are sometimes low resolution and hard to read on a phone, but the core content makes up for it.

Indispensable for my career in Hamburg
I've been on Xing for years and it remains the most relevant network for the local market. The job recommendations actually fit my profile and the messaging with recruiters feels professional rather than spammy. Renewed my premium without a second thought.

Vetted freelancers saved us weeks of screening
Gun.io connected us with a senior full-stack developer who hit the ground running. The vetting clearly works — no time wasted on unqualified applicants like other platforms. My only small complaint is the dashboard could surface candidate availability a bit more clearly.

My second Sceptre and still impressed
This is the second Sceptre display I've bought and the value continues to amaze me, with sharp text and bright, accurate colours for office work. It powered on perfectly and the slim bezels look great on my dual setup. Brilliant budget brand that delivers.

Promised fibre date slipped for months
I signed up for Deutsche Telekom fibre on a firm activation date, then the line was delayed repeatedly with no clear explanation while I kept getting charged for a contract I couldn't use. Reaching a human who could actually help was nearly impossible. A frustrating ordeal for such a big provider.
Cons
Repeated activation delays, billed without service

Custom formula helped my dry scalp, slow shipping
After tweaking my Function of Beauty formula for scalp dryness and added moisture, my second order genuinely calmed the flaking. I love that I can adjust it over time. The only minor annoyance was that the order took longer to arrive than estimated. Happy with the product though.
Pros
Adjustable formula, helped my scalp
Cons
Shipping slower than promised
Cons
Many stale, unresponsive profiles
Pros
Unmatched crawl-budget and indexation insight
Cons
Reporting too technical for some stakeholders

Support went quiet when I needed it
I usually love Nubank, but when a disputed charge hit my credit card the resolution dragged on far longer than it should have. The chat support kept reassuring me without actually moving things forward, and I had to follow up repeatedly. Good bank overall, but this experience really tested my patience.
Cons
Slow dispute resolution

Lovely chai, snacks let it down
The chai from ChaiKafe is genuinely good and reminds me of roadside tea done right. But the snacks side is inconsistent, my bun maska came stale once and the pakoras were oily. I'm torn because I'd order the tea again happily but skip the food. Mixed feelings overall.
Pros
Authentic chai flavour
Cons
Stale, oily snacks
Pros
Huge class library, solid hardware

Reliable motor insurance, app needs work
Been with National Insurance for my car for three years and renewals have been hassle-free at the branch. The premium is competitive compared to private players. I just wish their mobile app was as polished as the newer companies because checking policy details digitally is a pain.
Whether I'm transferring money to friends or paying merchants, Alipay has been fast and dependable. The financial mini-programs are a nice bonus and the security checks, while occasionally fussy, give me confidence. A small fee here and there on certain transfers is my only minor complaint.
Pros
Fast, secure, feature-rich
Cons
Occasional transfer fees
Pros
Clear curriculum, encouraging teachers
Cons
Rescheduling missed classes can be hard
Pros
Good location
Cons
Slow snagging and after-sales response
Pros
Hands-off, well-managed expansion
Cons
Wanted clearer upfront costing
Pros
Enjoyable to drive
Cons
Expensive servicing and parts

Decent scooter let down by slow charging
The Ampere itself is fine for city use and easy to ride, but I'm disappointed by how long it takes to fully charge compared to what I was told at purchase. A full charge eating up most of a day makes planning longer trips awkward. Expected quicker turnaround.
Pros
Easy to ride in the city
Cons
Charging takes far too long

The gold standard for publisher monetization
After bouncing between smaller networks I came back to AdSense and the difference in eCPM and fill rate is night and day. The granular reporting lets me see earnings by country, device and ad format, and the demand depth means even my long-tail pages earn something. For anyone serious about monetizing content this is the benchmark.
Pros
Top eCPM, deep advertiser demand, granular reporting by country and device
Pros
Buildable, long-lasting, genuine quality
Pros
Engaging classes, exam-relevant practice
Cons
Low-resolution PDF notes

Order never arrived and refund stalled
I placed an order three weeks ago that was marked shipped but never reached me, and tracking has been frozen the whole time. Every follow-up gets a templated apology with no actual update or refund. Hugely disappointing for a brand I genuinely wanted to love.
