Great for SIPs and goal tracking
I have set up multiple goal-based SIPs on ET Money and the projections help me stay disciplined. The fund recommendations are sensible and switching between schemes is hassle-free. I just wish the portfolio analytics went a little deeper, but for everyday investing it is excellent.

Helpful platform but the fees add up
Wonderschool genuinely helped me get my childcare business off the ground and the booking system is convenient. That said, the percentage they take from tuition is significant and over time it eats into already thin margins. It's useful, but I keep questioning whether the cost is sustainable.

Great concept, customer service is a weak spot
I like what Carvana offers and the car I bought has been reliable, so the product delivered. Reaching a human when I had a title question, though, meant long hold times and being bounced between departments. The online model is convenient until something goes off-script, and then it gets frustrating.

Saved my fragile order with great care
I was nervous about a fragile parcel but Ninja Van delivered it perfectly wrapped and the driver carried it to my flat himself. The rescheduling feature let me push delivery to a day I was home, no hassle at all. For e-commerce in Singapore this is exactly the kind of last-mile service you want.

Helps field reps but adoption was a struggle
Vymo's sales engagement nudges are genuinely useful for our insurance field force, prompting reps on the next best action. The challenge was getting older reps to actually use the app consistently. Good intentions and good tech, but rollout took longer than we budgeted for.

Modern but the free plan feels limiting
N26 nails the modern banking experience with a tidy app and instant alerts, and I genuinely enjoy using it. That said, several useful features sit behind the paid tiers and the free plan caps a lot of things. I'm torn between upgrading and looking elsewhere for better value.

Decent but the estimates can mislead
Zoopla has a clean interface and I do like the sold price history. However, the automated valuations seem to swing wildly month to month and a few listings were duplicated. Useful as a research tool but I wouldn't rely on the numbers alone.

Best decision our two-attorney firm made all year
The automated payment reminders in PracticePanther recovered thousands in aging receivables we used to chase by phone. Trust accounting stays compliant, the client portal cut down on status emails, and the mobile app lets me approve invoices from court. Honestly cannot imagine running the practice on paper files again.

Push CPM dropped off a cliff
I joined mainly for push notifications and the first couple of months the CPM was great. Then it quietly fell to a third of what it was with no warning and no explanation when I asked support. Same traffic, same geos. Disappointing because the early numbers got my hopes up.

Billed after I cancelled
I asked to discontinue my Siti Networks broadband and confirmed it with the local operator, yet I was still billed the following month. Sorting out the wrongful charge took several frustrating phone calls. Disappointing way to treat someone who was leaving on good terms.

Comfortable bus, AC needs work
We operate Ashok Leyland buses on intercity routes and passengers consistently praise the smooth ride and spacious cabin. The engines are fuel-efficient for their size and maintenance is straightforward.
