Solid fire and property cover for our shop
We insured our retail premises with New India Assurance and the policy terms were clearly explained at the branch. When we had a small fire-damage claim, the surveyor was professional and the settlement was fair, if a little slow to process. For a state-owned general insurer the dependability is reassuring, I just wish the timelines were tighter.

Solid network across the region
Switched to Zain last year and the coverage has been reliable even when I travel between cities. Their data bundles are reasonably priced and roaming worked without me having to call anyone. Only gripe is the app sometimes takes a while to reflect my balance after a recharge.

Locked out of my funds during a dispute
After flagging a suspicious charge, N26 restricted my account and I couldn't access my balance for over a week. With only in-app and email support, getting a human to resolve it was painfully slow while my bills were due. For a bank, being cut off from your own money like this is unacceptable.

Good multi-specialty care, just a long wait
Visited the Aster Clinic branch for a dermatology consult and the doctor was thorough and unhurried. Booking through the app was smooth and the pharmacy is right there. Only gripe is I still waited almost 40 minutes past my slot.

Finally fiber in my neighborhood and it rocks
Frontier ran fiber down our street and it has been transformative, gigabit down and up with zero buffering during peak hours. The technician explained everything clearly and the price has stayed exactly as quoted. Couldn't recommend the fiber more highly.

Best beard oil my face has felt in years
Been using Ustraa's beard growth oil for four months now and the difference is genuinely visible along my jawline. It doesn't leave that greasy film a lot of other grooming oils do, and the woody fragrance lasts most of the day. Delivery was quick to Pune as well.

Pure tea tree oil that actually smells right
Anveya's tea tree oil feels genuinely pure, the scent is sharp and clean rather than diluted. It's helped with the odd pimple when I spot treat. Only minor thing is I wish the bottle had a better dropper, as it pours out quickly. Happy overall.

Niche and useful but quality varies
iimjobs is one of the few portals that takes mid-senior hiring seriously and I did get relevant calls. At the same time, a chunk of the postings felt like staffing agencies rather than direct employers. It is a solid resource but you have to read between the lines on who is actually hiring.

I hold both a pension and an annuity with Legal & General and the products themselves are sound and competitively priced. I trust Paula's Choice because the ingredient lists are transparent and nothing is loaded with fragrance. The vitamin C serum brightened my dull skin nicely over a month. My only minor complaint is the shipping cost to India, otherwise a solid science-led brand.

MEGA covers all my backup needs and the security is top notch, with two-factor and a recovery key keeping things locked down. Folder sharing with permission controls is handy for collaborating. My one niggle is that very large single-file uploads through the browser occasionally stall, so I switch to the desktop app for those.
