World of Warships is gorgeous and tactical

Wargaming did a wonderful job with World of Warships, the naval combat is methodical and rewarding and the ship models are stunning. Knocking off one star because matchmaking can occasionally throw lopsided teams together. Otherwise a beautifully crafted game I keep returning to.

Good work, but pricing wasn't always clear

The creative and analytics from Dentsu were of a high standard and the team was responsive when we pushed. Where it got murky was scope and billing, with a few line items that needed explaining after the fact. Talented people doing good work, just wrapped in process that felt opaque at times.

Fresh milk on the doorstep, easy vacation pause

I have been using Supr Daily for daily toned milk and curd and the quality has been consistently good. Being able to pause deliveries when travelling is the best feature for a Swiggy-backed service like this. Only gripe is that adding a one-off item sometimes shows it delivering two days later instead of next morning.

Allergic reaction and no real help

The Dot & Key vitamin C face serum gave me a burning rash within a day of use. When I reached out about a refund the support team kept asking for the same photos repeatedly and never resolved it. For a skincare brand, ignoring a reaction like this is unacceptable.

My father's cardiac procedure at Narayana Health was handled by a genuinely skilled team and the cost was far lower than private corporate hospitals. The flip side was long waits in OPD and crowded waiting areas. The medical care is top class; the logistics around it could be smoother.

Yashoda clearly has good specialists and the treatment my mother received was effective. The downside is how crowded it gets, which makes consultations feel rushed and the wards noisy. The medical outcome was good, so I'm torn between appreciating the expertise and being put off by the crowds.

Nishith Desai Associates represented us in an international tax matter and the command of the subject was breathtaking. They cited precedents the opposing side hadn't even considered and the strategy was watertight. This is the firm you want when the question is genuinely hard.

Solid for static sites with a small learning curve

Netlify has been a dependable home for our marketing site and the continuous deployment from our Git repo just works. The form handling and redirects saved us writing a backend. Only minor gripe is that the build minutes on the free plan run out faster than I expected for a busy team.

Reliable mid-size, good overall value

Rented a mid-size from Enterprise for a road trip and it was comfortable, fuel-efficient, and spotlessly clean. The pickup process was quick and the staff upgraded me a notch without me asking. The only small letdown was that the GPS I paid extra for was outdated, so I just used my phone.

Good LMS, support response can lag

As an instructor I find Blackboard reliable for delivering content and collecting assignments, and the discussion boards work well for my seminars. The mobile experience has improved a lot recently. My one frustration is that when I raise a technical ticket, the response time from support can be slower than I would like.
