My Western Digital portable hard drive has been a reliable home for my backups and travels well in my bag. The capacity-to-price ratio is excellent. My one gripe is the USB transfer speed is a bit pokey for very large video files, but for documents it's fine.

Pendo's promise of no-code event tagging sounded great, but every time our front-end changed, our tagged features broke and our analytics data went stale. We spent more time maintaining tags than actually analyzing behavior. Disappointed given how much we are paying for the platform.
