Phoenix Mills properties are reliably good for shopping and dining, and the events they host keep things lively. My only minor complaint is that the parking fees feel a touch steep for a few hours of browsing. Otherwise a well-run destination I keep coming back to.

Loggi keeps my online store's deliveries moving reliably and the integration with my sales platform saves me a lot of manual work. The couriers are professional and the proof of delivery is reassuring. My one frustration is that when a parcel does go missing, reaching support to open a claim takes longer than I'd like.

My last two HelloFresh deliveries showed up with the ice packs fully melted and the chicken barely cool, which I'm not comfortable cooking. The bell peppers were also bruised and leaking. For a meal-kit that charges a premium, getting the cold chain right is the bare minimum and it's failed twice now.

I went to Clove Dental for a simple scaling and was repeatedly pushed towards expensive whitening and aligner packages I never asked about. The cleaning itself was average and the hard sell made the whole appointment uncomfortable. Not what I want from a dentist.

Great loyalty program, billing can be slow

I do most of my monthly pharmacy and wellness shopping at Wellness Forever because the loyalty points genuinely add up and there are regular offers. Range of supplements and personal care is wide. The only thing that tests my patience is the slow billing queue during evening rush.

What I like about Nationwide is having a local agent who actually knows my situation across auto, home and a small life policy. A recent home water-damage claim was handled fairly and paid promptly. The online billing could be a touch more modern, but service is what counts.

Health benefits claim went through fine

Submitted a dental and physio claim under my group health plan and the reimbursement landed in about four days. Sun Life's portal made uploading receipts painless. I just wish the coverage limits were explained more clearly up front.

Turkcell's quality is undeniable, the signal is strong and the digital extras are nice to have. On the other hand, the monthly cost is higher than rivals offering similar data. I keep weighing whether the premium is worth it, and honestly I go back and forth. A fair middle ground.

Decent savings plan but the process tests your patience

I bought a savings plan with Edelweiss Tokio Life and the returns projection looked reasonable compared to a bank FD. That said, the medical underwriting dragged on for almost three weeks and I had to follow up repeatedly to get my policy issued. Good product, average service.
