Usage-based pricing actually works for me
As someone who barely commutes, paying based on my driving behavior makes way more sense than a flat rate. Signing up was quick and the quote was honest. I just wish the renewal reminders were a bit clearer about what changed.
Pros
Fair for low-mileage drivers
Cons
Renewal details a little vague

Left without internet for over a week
My Starry connection went completely dead and despite multiple support tickets it stayed down for more than a week. I work from home and lost real income while waiting. Every call promised a technician who never showed. Deeply frustrating experience for an essential service.

Showed up late and missed part of the property
My scheduled maintenance with The Grounds Guys ran way behind and when the crew did arrive they skipped the back section of the yard entirely. I had to call to point it out. The franchise quality clearly varies and this visit fell short.

Saved time on our paid search audits
The free Google Ads grader and WordStream's keyword tools gave us a clear starting point to clean up wasted spend. Managing search and a bit of social from one place suits our small marketing team. The reporting could be more customisable, but for the price it delivers solid value.

Reliable bargains every time
Cdiscount has become my first stop for general merchandise and electronics in France. The deals during promotional events are outstanding, the app is easy to navigate, and my orders have always arrived intact and on time. Stacking the membership with sale prices makes it tough to beat anywhere else.

Great enrichment, quality varies by teacher
Outschool's live online classes have added brilliant enrichment to our week, and most teachers we have had were warm and well-prepared. Because anyone can list a class, the experience does vary, and one course felt a bit disorganised. The review system mostly helps you avoid that, so I still happily recommend it.

Convenient but feels impersonal
Babylon Health is great for quick, straightforward issues and the app is well designed. The flip side is that you rarely see the same doctor twice, so anything ongoing means re-explaining your history each time. For one-off problems it is excellent, for continuity of care less so.

No driver ever showed for my booking
Booked a GoGoX van for a scheduled morning move and waited over an hour as the app kept reassigning drivers who then dropped the job. By the time anyone accepted I'd missed my building's loading window entirely. For an on-demand logistics platform, leaving a customer stranded like that is a serious failure.

Assigned a gig that was cancelled last minute
I cleared Taskmo onboarding and accepted a field task, travelled to the site, only to be told the project was pulled with no compensation for my time or travel. There was no warning in the app and getting a straight answer from support took days. That is not acceptable for a staffing platform people depend on.

Subscription locked features I thought were included
I signed up expecting full access to the campaign types, but a lot of the conversion features I wanted were gated behind a much pricier tier. Discovering that mid-setup after building my first popup was frustrating. The core product is fine, but the plan limits feel deliberately confusing.

Mixed feelings after a year
Payments have always come through and I never had an issue cashing out via Payoneer. The earnings per click are decent in tier-1 countries but pretty low for my mostly Indian audience, so my effective rate isn't great. Useful tool, just manage your expectations depending on where your traffic comes from.

Wallet money locked and no resolution
I topped up my Milkbasket wallet with a fair amount and then paused my subscription before relocating. Now the balance is stuck, customer support keeps sending canned replies, and there's no clear way to withdraw it. Holding a customer's money like this is unacceptable for a service I trusted daily.

Reliable forwarder, premium pricing
Nippon Express delivers the quality and reliability their reputation promises, and our freight has always arrived in perfect condition. Their coordination across our international lanes is seamless. The only reason I hold back a star is that their rates sit at the premium end compared to other forwarders.
Love the no-commission model but the app needs polish
ChowNow letting us keep 100% of the order value instead of bleeding 25% to delivery apps is exactly why we signed up. The flat monthly fee is fair for our taco shop. My only hesitation is the diner-facing app feels dated and a few regulars said checkout glitched on them.
Pros
Commission-free, predictable monthly cost
Cons
Customer app feels dated
Pros
Strong enrichment, helpful reviews to vet teachers
Cons
Teacher quality can vary
Pros
Slick app, quick for simple issues
Cons
No continuity with the same doctor

Trustworthy from search to signing
From browsing listings to signing the deed, Lianjia handled our home purchase with real professionalism. The platform's verified property records gave us confidence there were no hidden ownership issues. I would recommend them to anyone navigating China's property market.
Pros
Verified records and smooth closing

My whole routine is from this brand now
The Derma Co has become my entire skincare shelf. The cleanser, serum and moisturiser layer beautifully and my skin has never looked clearer. I love that everything is targeted and the percentages are upfront. Honestly the best affordable derma-grade range I've tried in India.
Pros
Cohesive routine, clear results, great value
Gorgeous car, costly to maintain
I adore how my Peugeot looks and drives, but the ownership costs have given me pause. Servicing is pricier than I expected and a couple of parts took a while to source. I am genuinely torn, because the driving experience is lovely yet the running costs nag at me.
Pros
Beautiful design, refined drive
Cons
Pricey servicing, slow parts
Works if you are patient
I have had both good and frustrating moments on Truelancer. When a client is responsive the experience is smooth and payment through the platform is reliable. But too often I send proposals and never hear back, so it takes persistence to see results.
Pros
Reliable payments when clients engage
Cons
Many proposals go unanswered
Cons
Repeated driver drop-offs left me stranded
Great selection, inconsistent delivery times
When iFood works it's fantastic, but the estimated times feel like a guess. Some nights food arrives in 25 minutes, other nights the same restaurant takes over an hour with no explanation. I keep using it because nothing else has this much choice.
Pros
Enormous menu variety
Cons
Unreliable delivery estimates
Cons
Last-minute cancellation, no travel compensation
Cons
key features locked behind expensive upgrade
Pros
Reliable Payoneer payouts, fine for tier-1 traffic
Cons
Low rates for non-western traffic
Excellent capacity, pricing has firmed
Swiss Re continues to offer the capacity and structuring expertise we need for our specialty lines. The relationship managers are responsive and knowledgeable. The only downside this year was sharper rate increases at renewal, though the market overall has hardened.
Pros
Strong capacity, expert structuring
Cons
Renewal rates climbed
Good value but staffing levels vary
We've used Bidvest Facilities Management across two sites and the pricing is competitive for integrated services. The issue is that staffing on the ground fluctuates, so some weeks the site runs smoothly and others feel understaffed. Hard to give a firm thumbs up or down.
Pros
Competitive pricing
Cons
Inconsistent on-site staffing
Cashback never tracked on a big purchase
I made sure to click through Rakuten before buying a fairly expensive appliance and the cashback simply never registered. I filed a missing-cashback claim with my order confirmation and after weeks of waiting it was denied with no clear explanation. Losing the rebate I was counting on left a very sour taste.
Cons
Cashback failed to track, claim denied
Cons
Wallet balance not refundable
Missing items and no easy fix
My last SkipTheDishes order was missing a main dish and a side, yet I was charged full price. The in-app credit they offered didn't cover what I'd lost, and reaching a person to sort it properly was a hassle. Not impressed.
Cons
Missing items, inadequate resolution
Good guidance, pricing feels steep
The Sugar.fit coaches and the data from the CGM are genuinely insightful and I did learn a lot about managing my diabetes. Whether it's worth the subscription cost is where I'm torn, because once you understand the patterns, the ongoing fee is hard to justify long term. Solid program, debatable value over time.
