Drained my battery and ate my data
I gave Moj a real try but within twenty minutes my phone was warm and the battery had dropped noticeably, and it chewed through my mobile data fast with no easy data-saver. The videos are entertaining but the app is clearly not optimised. Had to uninstall to save my battery and bill. Disappointing.
Cons
Heavy battery and data usage

The hyaluronic serum transformed my dry skin
Deconstruct's hyaluronic acid serum is the single best hydrator I've used. My flaky winter patches vanished within days and makeup glides over the top. I love that it's just the active with nothing unnecessary added. Already on my third bottle and recommending it to everyone.

Great concept, breakdowns hurt my business
I run a small delivery operation and bought a HiLoad expecting reliability. Disappointed that mine has spent too many days off the road with charging and motor faults, which directly costs me deliveries. The payload capacity is good, but downtime on a commercial vehicle is a real problem.

Osmo gimbal is worth every rupee
Picked up the Osmo for my travel vlogs and the stabilisation is honestly cinema-grade. Walking shots that used to be shaky are now buttery smooth. Pairs instantly with my phone and the ActiveTrack keeps me centred without fiddling.

Great value, just plan ahead
I like ordering my weekly fruits and veggies through Otipy. The next-day delivery model means produce is usually fresh and the prices genuinely beat my neighbourhood vendor. Only catch is you can't get same-day, so a bit of planning is needed. Happy customer overall.

Solid last-mile for our e-commerce orders
Wow Express handles our metro deliveries reliably and the delivery success rate on first attempt is noticeably better than our previous partner. Their reverse-logistics pickups for returns are quick too. One small gripe is that rural pin-code coverage is still thinner than I'd like.

Useful for a basic NDA, less so for anything complex
I needed a quick NDA and Wonder.Legal generated a workable one in minutes. However, when I tried a more nuanced service agreement, the options felt rigid and I couldn't tailor a few clauses the way I needed. It's a reasonable starting point but I still took it to a lawyer for review.

Account suspended right before payout
Everything was smooth until I hit a higher earning month, then my account got suspended for a supposed terms violation they never specified. The pending balance is just frozen. I've sent multiple appeals and gotten nothing concrete back. Hard to trust a platform that locks you out exactly when there's real money owed.

Good app, support is slow to respond
Menulog works well for the most part and I like the loyalty offers. But when an order came with the wrong items, getting help took ages and the resolution felt half-hearted. Fine when nothing goes wrong, frustrating when it does.

Best decision for my father's transplant
My father's lung transplant at Global Hospitals went beautifully and a year on he is thriving. The pulmonology and transplant teams were meticulous, the follow-up protocol is rigorous, and every nurse treated him with dignity. Truly grateful for this institution.

Decent board let down by stale listings
There are loads of jobs on Totaljobs across different sectors, which is great for casting a wide net. My frustration was applying to roles that turned out to be weeks old and already filled. The site itself is fine, the listing freshness less so.

Does the job but no longer the leader
Evernote still captures and syncs my notes reliably across devices and the OCR on scanned documents is handy. That said, newer note apps have caught up and in some cases overtaken it on speed and design. I keep it for the archive but I am no longer sure it is worth the premium.

Lovely earrings, packaging slightly basic
The diamond stud earrings from BlueStone are dainty and catch the light beautifully. The certification gave me confidence in the diamond quality and the price was fair compared to a showroom. Just felt the gift box was a bit plain for jewellery at this price.

My daughter actually enjoys studying now
We tried Extramarks for K-12 prep and it completely changed how my daughter approaches studying. The interactive content holds her attention and the practice questions reinforce each topic. The progress tracking lets me see exactly where she stands. Worth every paisa for the improvement we have seen.
Pros
Interactive content, useful progress tracking
Pros
Excellent hydration, minimalist formula
Pros
Strong payload capacity
Cons
Frequent downtime hurts my business
Pros
Buttery stabilisation, fast pairing
Pros
Affordable and mostly fresh
Cons
No same-day delivery
Good value upskilling for working engineers
As a working professional I appreciated that Skill-Lync's sessions were recorded so I could revise after office hours. The Python-for-mechanical-engineers track was well structured and the assignments were challenging in a good way. My only complaint is that doubt responses sometimes took a day or two to come back.
Pros
Flexible recorded sessions, practical assignments
Cons
Slow turnaround on some doubts
Billing dispute soured a happy occasion
Our delivery package at Cloudnine was supposed to be all-inclusive, but we were hit with a string of extra charges at checkout that nobody had mentioned. Disputing them took days of phone calls and emails. Such a stressful end to what should have been a joyful time.
Cons
Hidden charges and difficult billing dispute
Thorough second opinion that changed my treatment
I traveled to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion and their team caught nuances my local doctors had missed, adjusting my treatment for the better. The facilities are immaculate and the patient portal made accessing records easy. Slight downside was the travel and lodging logistics, but the care was worth it.
Pros
Exceptional second opinion, easy records access
Cons
Travel and lodging logistics
Lovely formulas but the prices keep climbing
The Shiseido Ultimune serum genuinely improved my skin texture over a couple of months, and the lightweight feel is hard to beat. That said, every restock seems to cost more than the last, and the sample sizes they include feel stingy for what you pay. I keep going back and forth on whether it's worth it.
Pros
Elegant textures, visible results
Cons
Steadily rising prices
Pros
Strong first-attempt success and fast returns
Cons
Thin rural pin-code coverage
Solid yields but onboarding took longer than expected
As a mid-size publisher, PubMatic's header bidding noticeably improved our CPMs once everything was wired up. The catch was that the technical integration took several weeks longer than we were quoted. Now that it's running, results are good, but the start was bumpy.
Pros
Improved CPMs after setup
Cons
Slow integration timeline
Solid lead gen tool for a small business
We use Leadpages for our webinar registration pages and it handles the traffic without hiccups. The analytics give me enough to know which variant is winning. I'd give five stars if the form styling options were a little more flexible without needing CSS tweaks.
Pros
stable, decent built-in analytics
Cons
form styling needs more flexibility
Promised speeds I never actually got
I signed up for a higher-tier Claro broadband package but the real speeds have consistently come in well below what was advertised, especially in the evenings. I reported it twice and a technician visited once, but the problem came right back. Frustrating to pay for speed I don't receive.
Cons
Actual speeds far below advertised
Pros
Fast for simple documents
Cons
Limited flexibility on complex clauses
Cons
Sudden suspension with frozen balance and vague reason
Pros
Good loyalty offers
Cons
Slow, lacklustre support
Pros
Meticulous transplant care and follow-up
Nice products but inconsistent stock
Pilgrim's Spanish squalane moisturiser is genuinely lovely on my skin and the globally-inspired ingredients are a fun concept. The frustrating part is that the items I like keep going out of stock for weeks. When I can get them, though, the quality is solid.
Pros
Quality moisturiser, interesting ingredients
Cons
Frequent stock shortages
Disappointed by the shrinking dealer network
I like my Mitsubishi but getting it serviced has become a real chore as dealers near me have closed down. The nearest authorised centre is now a long drive and appointment slots are scarce. The vehicle is fine, but the dwindling support has me worried about long-term ownership.
Cons
Shrinking service network, scarce appointments
Pros
Broad sector coverage
Cons
Some stale listings
Pros
Reliable sync and document OCR
Cons
Feels dated against newer rivals
Hard to justify against cheaper rivals
I wanted to love Jasper but for everyday marketing copy I couldn't see what justified the premium over much cheaper AI writing tools. The brand-voice feature is nice but not nice enough to double my monthly spend. Cancelled after the trial because the core writing quality felt comparable to far less expensive options.
