Good research, but brokerage feels steep

I'm genuinely torn on HDFC Securities. The advisory research and the trust of the HDFC name are real positives, and the platform is stable. But coming from discount brokers, the brokerage charges on delivery and intraday trades feel high, and it eats into my returns on smaller trades.

Does the job but support response is slow

As an educator I find Teachmint genuinely useful for delivering classes and sharing material, and the app is reasonably stable. However, when I raised a technical issue the support turnaround was slow and I lost a class day. It is a capable platform held back by patchy assistance.

Helped me apply to multiple colleges easily

Applying to several colleges through CollegeDekho was convenient and the team kept me informed at each stage. The predictor tool gave me a realistic sense of my chances. I would have liked a bit more detail on hostel facilities, but the admission support itself was smooth and dependable.

Great broadband, installation took a while

Once it was up and running the Swisscom broadband has been excellent, super stable for video calls and streaming in 4K. The signal at home is strong throughout the flat. The only downside was the wait for the install appointment, which took longer than promised.

Effective treatment but communication needs work

Rentokil did clear our office rodent problem after a couple of visits, and the technician knew his stuff. The frustration was on the admin side, with confirmation emails that didn't match the actual appointment times. Good results, patchy communication, so I'm genuinely on the fence.

Cleaning was superficial

I expected a proper deep clean from UrbanClap Home but the result was disappointing. Corners, the chimney, and behind appliances were barely touched, and the bathroom grout still looked dirty. The worker was polite but clearly rushing to finish. Not worth the deep-clean price I paid.

Fun in bursts but easy to chase losses

Mobile Premier League is entertaining and the games are legitimately skill-based, which I like. The flip side is the design nudges you to keep playing after a loss, and I have seen people spend more than they planned. Enjoyable if you are disciplined, risky if you are not.

Fleet leasing took a huge load off us

Switching our delivery fleet to Ryder's lease and maintenance program was one of the best operational decisions we've made, the trucks are well maintained and downtime has dropped dramatically. Their maintenance network meant a breakdown on the road was sorted the same day. For a growing business this kind of dedicated support is invaluable.

Strong on substance, light on commercial pragmatism

NDA gave us a beautifully reasoned memo on a tech regulatory question, easily the most thorough I've seen. The trouble was it read more like an academic treatise than actionable guidance, and we had to push hard for a clear recommendation. Excellent analysis, but I wanted them to just tell us what to do.

Native widget revenue beats anything else on my site

I switched my news portal recommendation feed over and the RPM jump was immediate and obvious. The widgets are genuinely native, readers don't feel tricked, and bounce rate actually improved because people click through to related stories. Payments are punctual and the publisher dashboard gives me everything I need to track per-section performance. Brilliant.

Happy customer, just wish wait times were shorter

I've banked with Citigroup for a while and the core experience is good, the consumer banking is solid and the credit card perks are real. The one recurring frustration is phone wait times during peak hours. Once you reach someone they're helpful, but getting there can test your patience.
