Affordable actives that mostly work
Wishcare offers ingredient-led products at prices that don't sting, and the sunscreen has become part of my daily routine. It does take a little while to absorb and leaves a slight cast, but for the price I can live with that. Happy overall.
Pros
Affordable, effective sunscreen
Cons
Slight white cast

Excellent accounting tool, wish it were more modern
Tally does the accounting heavy lifting brilliantly and I trust it completely with our financials and GST. The only thing holding back a perfect score is the dated look and the limited mobile and cloud access compared to newer tools. For desktop bookkeeping it remains the best.

Genuinely lifted our ad revenue
We've tested several SSPs and PubMatic delivered the strongest combination of fill rate and CPM for our content sites. The dashboards are clean and the payment terms have been reliable every single month. Couldn't ask for much more from a sell-side platform.

Reassuring specialty hospital for our kids
When our son needed a pediatric specialist, Rainbow had exactly the expertise we needed under one roof. The doctors were patient with our anxious questions and the child-friendly wards put our boy at ease. Discharge paperwork took longer than expected, but the care itself was reassuring and professional.

Works, but cancelling is a hassle
The actual treatment from Hims & Hers has been effective and the provider consultation was fine. However, when I wanted to pause my subscription the options were buried and I nearly got charged for another shipment I didn't need. Good product, but the subscription management leaves me torn.

Fine connection, latency is noticeable
HughesNet does provide internet where the cable companies refuse to go, which I'm grateful for. That said, the satellite latency makes video calls feel laggy and online gaming is basically out of the question. Good for the basics, frustrating for anything real-time.

Great skincare with a global twist
Pilgrim nails the experience — the French rose face mist and the squalane serum have brightened my complexion noticeably. I appreciate how each product tells a story about where the ingredient comes from. Affordable luxury that genuinely performs. Will keep restocking.

Hair butter is a winner, delivery a bit slow
The freshly churned hair butter left my frizzy hair softer than any salon mask has. I only wish the delivery were faster since freshness matters so much with these products, and mine took five days to reach Bangalore. Still reordering for sure.

Foundation oxidised to an orange tone
I bought the liquid foundation matched to my skin but within an hour it oxidised into an orange shade that looked nothing like me. For everyday makeup that's a real problem and I had to wash it off. Cheap, but not usable for me.

Dealer used a deceptive price on the listing
I drove an hour to a dealership based on a Cars.com listing only to find the advertised price was missing thousands in mandatory add-ons and fees. When I pointed to the listing, the dealer shrugged and said online prices are just a starting point. Cars.com should hold its advertisers to the prices they post.

Handy for moving bulky items
Used GoGoX to shift some large boxes across Hong Kong and the van turned up on time with a friendly driver who helped load. Booking through the app was straightforward and the fare matched the quote. Would have been five stars if the in-app chat hadn't been so slow when I had a question.

Big upload failed near the end with no clear reason
Was uploading around 10GB and it stalled close to completion, then errored out with nothing useful to go on. Tried twice more on a stable connection and got the same result. When it works it's handy, but for larger files it felt flaky and I gave up.

Perfect for regional language learners
Vidyakul filled a real gap for me as a Bihar board student. The teachers explain in simple Hindi and the school course videos matched my syllabus closely. Affordable, accessible and clear, this platform made exam prep far less intimidating. So glad I found it.

Worth it for preschoolers, minor tech hiccups
We've used ABCmouse for both our children and it covers reading, maths and art nicely. The progress tracking lets me see what they've completed each week. Occasionally the app crashes on our older tablet, but a restart fixes it. Overall a good early-learning subscription.

Decent service, but the quote crept up at the end
Booked a general service for my sedan and the doorstep pickup was smooth. The work itself seemed fine and the car runs well. However, the final bill had a couple of add-ons that weren't in the original estimate, which I wasn't warned about until payment time.
Pros
Easy booking and pickup
Cons
Final cost exceeded the initial quote

Verification delays held up our onboarding
BetterPlace promised quick background verification but for a batch of our hires the checks were stuck pending for over a week. That delay pushed back our store opening and the support team was slow to explain why. The platform has potential but reliability let us down this time.
Cons
Verification turnaround delays
Pros
Dependable, comprehensive features
Cons
Dated interface, limited mobile access
Pros
Strong fill and CPMs, reliable payments

Overwhelming interface for the price
BrightEdge clearly has a lot of data under the hood, but the interface is cluttered and unintuitive, and getting a straight answer out of it takes far too many clicks. For an enterprise SEO platform at this cost, I expected the AI recommendations to feel more actionable rather than buried. Our team uses a fraction of what we pay for.
Cons
Cluttered interface, hard to extract value

Good money, but the user-experience cost is real
Earnings per thousand impressions are clearly above average and payments are punctual, no complaints there. But popunders annoy visitors, and after running them a few months I saw return-visitor numbers slip. I keep going back and forth on whether the extra revenue is worth the slow erosion of my audience loyalty.
Pros
Above-average eCPM, punctual payments
Cons
Popunder format hurts repeat visitors over time

Nice design but unsure about value
I like the gold ring I bought from BlueStone and the making is neat, but I'm genuinely torn on whether the making charges were worth it. The customisation options are great, yet the final price crept higher than I'd budgeted. Happy with the look, less sure about the spend.
Pros
Neat making, good customisation
Cons
Making charges add up

Great planning tool, minor billing confusion
Pickyourtrail's trip builder made planning our Bali holiday genuinely fun and the package came together quickly. Hotels and activities all matched what was promised. The only snag was a small currency-conversion difference on the final invoice that took an email to clarify.
Pros
Intuitive trip builder
Cons
Minor billing discrepancy

Good content but the subscription nags constantly
The ABCmouse activities are genuinely educational and my son enjoys them. What torn me is the constant upselling to other Age of Learning apps and the difficulty cancelling. The early-learning material is strong, but the business side leaves a slightly sour taste.
Pros
Educational activities
Cons
Pushy upsells, hard to cancel
Pros
Specialist expertise, calming for kids
Cons
Slow discharge process
Pros
Effective treatment, decent consultation
Cons
Subscription is hard to pause or cancel

Fine when it works, outages are annoying
When Spectrum is up the speeds are perfectly good for my needs and I rarely think about it. But we have had a few unexplained outages in the evenings that took a while to clear. It's a genuine mixed bag, decent service with occasional reliability hiccups.
Pros
Good speeds most of the time
Cons
Occasional evening outages
Pros
Coverage in remote areas
Cons
High latency on calls and gaming
Pros
Brightening results, affordable luxury
Pros
Excellent for frizzy hair
Cons
Slow delivery for a fresh product
Cons
Foundation oxidises orange
Cons
Misleading advertised pricing from dealer

Solid on-site services with occasional menu repeats
We've had Sodexo managing our food and facilities services for a while and overall they do a good job keeping things running. The catering is reliable and the soft services are well coordinated. The lunch menu does cycle a bit too often, but that's a small thing.
Pros
Well coordinated services
Cons
Menu rotation feels repetitive
Pros
On-time van and fair pricing
Cons
Sluggish in-app chat
Pros
Good idea, no account barrier
Cons
Large uploads can fail with unhelpful errors
Pros
Syllabus-aligned vernacular content, affordable
Pros
Broad curriculum, progress tracking
Cons
Occasional app crashes

Integrated care that just works
Having my insurance, primary doctor, labs and pharmacy all under Kaiser Permanente means everything is connected, my physician sees my test results instantly and prescriptions are ready before I leave. The app lets me message my doctor and book visits in seconds. For coordinated, hassle-free healthcare this model is fantastic.
