Great replays, exports could be better
Watching real Mouseflow sessions changed how our design team approaches UX, and the tagging features make it easy to find relevant recordings. It's been reliable across our marketing site. I'd appreciate cleaner data export options, as pulling reports into our own dashboards is a bit clunky.
Pros
insightful replays, handy tagging
Cons
data export is clunky

Solid popunder eCPM, payments always land on time
Been running PopAds on two of my download sites for about a year and the eCPM beats most popunder networks I tested, especially for tier-1 traffic. Withdrawals via Payoneer hit my account within a day every time once I cross the $5 minimum. Only thing that bugs me is the dashboard feels dated and the reporting could refresh faster.

Good complement to display ads, approval was slow
Once it was live, Infolinks added a small but consistent bump to my earnings without changing how my site looks, which is exactly what I wanted from an in-text network. Payments arrived on time via bank transfer. The only frustration was the site approval, it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up before getting the green light.

Makes UK rail travel painless
Trainline has completely changed how I travel by rail. It found me a split-ticket that saved nearly half the fare, the digital tickets scan instantly at the barriers, and live platform updates meant I never missed a connection. An essential app for anyone on the railways.

Stylish space, thin walls
The Sonder studio was beautifully designed with a proper kitchenette and a great location downtown. The self-service model worked smoothly this time. My only complaint is how much street noise came through, so light sleepers should pick a higher floor.

Fine when it works, stressful when it does not
AirAsia is great for cheap regional hops and most of my flights have been fine. But a schedule change on one trip was only communicated by a buried email and I nearly missed it. Genuinely torn because the price is right but the communication needs improvement.

Brilliant in remote areas but pricey
Living out in the countryside, Starlink finally gave us usable internet where nothing else reaches. The speeds are great when the sky is clear, but rain and heavy cloud do cause brief dropouts. The upfront hardware cost and monthly fee are steep, so I'm torn.

Good car, billing query took ages to resolve
The car from Sixt was top-notch and the rental itself went fine. Afterwards, though, I spotted an extra charge I didn't recognise and sorting it out took several emails and a couple of weeks. They did eventually refund it, but the back-and-forth left me with mixed feelings about an otherwise strong brand.

Strong for senior roles, dated interface
iimjobs delivers on its promise of mid-to-senior management jobs and I had several quality conversations through it. My only real complaint is that the website feels a bit old and clunky compared to newer portals. Content is great even if the packaging is not.

Job left half finished and hard to reach after
The Grounds Guys started a yard cleanup and mulching job at my home but left before edging and hauling away the debris as quoted. Trying to get them back to finish took multiple unanswered messages. For the price I expected the whole job done properly.

Great archive, sluggish app
Evernote remains a solid home for my long-term notes and document scans, and the organisation with notebooks and tags works well. But the desktop app has felt heavy and slow to launch since the last few redesigns. Good for storing, frustrating for quick capture, so a genuinely mixed feeling.

Good value but inconsistent teachers
Yuanfudao offers a lot of content for the price and the practice questions are plentiful. The downside is that teacher quality varies quite a bit between classes, so some sessions are excellent and others feel rushed. It evens out to a mixed but acceptable experience.

Locked out of editing during a campaign
Mid-campaign the Unbounce editor started failing to save my changes and a published landing page broke, throwing errors to live traffic during a paid ad push. Support took far too long to respond while I was bleeding ad spend on a dead page. For a tool this expensive, that kind of downtime is unacceptable.
Consistent earnings bump, no design change, on-time bank payments
Cons
Site approval was slow and needed a follow-up
Pros
Split-ticket savings and live updates
Pros
Great design and central location
Cons
Noticeable street noise
Pros
Low fares for short routes
Cons
Poor schedule-change notifications

Good infrastructure for online teaching
We adopted Teachmint to run live classes during a hybrid schedule and it handled video and content sharing reliably. Teachers picked it up quickly and the dashboard for tracking students is handy. The fee module felt a little basic, but the core teaching tools are solid.
Pros
Reliable live classes, easy adoption
Cons
Basic fee module

Love it, but delivery took ages
The Tread has been brilliant for keeping me consistent through the rainy season and the guided runs are well paced. My only complaint is that delivery and setup were delayed by almost three weeks with little communication. Once it arrived, though, everything worked flawlessly.
Pros
Well-paced guided runs
Cons
Slow delivery and poor updates
Pros
Works where nothing else does
Cons
Weather dropouts, high cost

Received an expired product and no resolution
I ordered a foundation through Glamrs and it arrived past its best-before date with a strange smell. I reported it immediately with photos but got no proper refund, just a generic apology. Selling expired beauty products is a serious issue and it's put me off ordering again.
Cons
Expired product, no real refund

Months of delays and silence on my order
I expected a flagship experience from Lamborghini but the ownership journey started with frustration. My delivery was pushed back several times with little explanation, and getting a straight answer from anyone was a struggle. For a car costing this much, the lack of proactive communication was deeply disappointing.
Cons
Repeated delivery delays and poor communication
Pros
Great vehicle quality
Cons
Slow resolution of a billing error
Pros
High-quality senior listings
Cons
Dated user interface
Cons
Incomplete work, poor follow-up
Pros
Good organisation and document storage
Cons
App feels heavy and slow

Does the job but I'm torn on the value
Upload speeds are fine on my connection and the web interface is straightforward enough. Where I get stuck is the free download experience for the people I share with, plus the premium upsell prompts feel constant. It's useful, but I'm genuinely undecided whether to upgrade or just live with the limitations.
Thrive works well for our regulars who already know us and order direct, and the commission-free setup is a relief. But for pulling in first-time diners it does little, and the app's interface feels a bit basic compared to what customers are used to. Decent but not complete.
Pros
Commission-free repeat orders
Cons
Basic interface, weak discovery
Pros
Plenty of practice material, affordable
Cons
Inconsistent teacher quality

Overrun with scam listings
I lost count of how many fake listings I contacted on ImmobilienScout24, with landlords claiming to be abroad and asking for a deposit before any viewing. Reporting them felt pointless as new ones appeared daily. Genuinely off-putting for someone new to the German market.
Cons
Frequent scam listings, weak moderation

Capable but a steep ramp for new users
There's no denying Databricks is powerful for large-scale analytics and AI workloads. The flip side is that getting a new data analyst productive takes real training, and concepts like Delta Lake and cluster tuning aren't obvious. Strong platform, but the onboarding effort is genuinely significant.
Pros
Powerful at scale
Cons
Steep learning curve

Buona rete, customer service less so
TIM gives me good fibre speeds at home in Milan and the connection is generally stable for streaming and work. Where it falls down is customer service, with long waits and agents who pass you around. I'm genuinely split between a strong network and a tiring support experience.
Pros
Good fibre speed, stable connection
Cons
Slow, frustrating customer service

Lovely products, slow international shipping
Everything I've bought from Innisfree has been great, the retinol cica ampoule especially calmed my breakouts. My only gripe is that the shipment took nearly three weeks to reach me and tracking barely updated. The products were worth the wait, but the delivery experience could be smoother.
Pros
Effective formulas, fair prices
Cons
Slow international delivery

Good for comparing local tradies
I like that hipages lets me see several local tradies, their reviews and licence info in one spot before committing. Used it for a fencing job and got a fair price from a reliable bloke. Only small gripe is some profiles felt a bit thin on recent reviews, so a couple were hard to judge.
Pros
Easy comparison with licence and review info
Cons
Some profiles short on recent reviews
Cons
Editor failures and downtime hit a live paid campaign
