On one hand the earning potential is real and the fill rate is excellent, on the other my eCPM swings wildly month to month depending on advertiser demand and I can't always tell why. The interface assumes you already understand RPM, CTR and policy nuances, which is a lot for a new publisher. I'm torn, it's the most lucrative option I've found but it definitely rewards people who put in the time to learn it.

I use Noon fairly often for electronics and groceries and most orders are fine. When something goes wrong though, chat support can be slow to actually solve the issue and I sometimes get copy-paste replies. Good platform overall, just wish the support felt more human.

Support sent a templated reply and never restored it, which was deflating after that much effort. The learning content is fine, but trust in the streak system is the whole point and it failed me.
