Aggressive caching broke our dynamic pages
Cloudflare's default caching behaviour served stale content on parts of our site that should never have been cached, and customers saw outdated prices. Untangling which rules and page rules were responsible was far more confusing than it should have been. Powerful, but it bit us hard.

Vivo's fibre changed our home setup
Switching to Vivo fibre in Sao Paulo was the best decision for our household of heavy streamers and gamers. The connection is rock solid, the speeds match what we pay for, and we haven't had a single dropout in months. The installation team was friendly and quick too. Couldn't ask for more.

Great move help, minor scuff on a doorframe
I used College Hunks Hauling Junk for a local move and the crew was fast and upbeat, getting a one-bedroom loaded and unloaded in good time. One doorframe picked up a small scuff during the move, which they apologized for. Overall still a smooth experience I'd repeat.

Best free-to-play experience out there
miHoYo has basically set the standard for what live-service games should be. The voice acting is full English and the updates land like clockwork every six weeks with new story chapters. As an Indian player the servers feel responsive too, which I really appreciate.

Tracking updates left me in the dark
My package with LoadShare showed no movement for four days and the tracking page simply stopped updating. When I reached out, I got generic replies that did not address where my parcel actually was. Frustrating for a last-mile network.

Strong platform, reporting could be deeper
Exotel handles our outbound voice campaigns and click-to-call really well, and call quality has been consistent. My only minor complaint is that the analytics could go a level deeper for agent-level performance without exporting everything to a spreadsheet. Still a dependable cloud telephony partner overall.

Excellent institutional service, app could be better
On the securities and asset management side, Goldman Sachs has been first class for our firm. Execution is sharp and the relationship team is responsive. The only thing letting it down is the consumer-facing app, which feels less polished than the rest of the service.

Robust contract management, but heavy to configure
Icertis gives us a genuine single source of truth for thousands of contracts and the clause library has improved our legal consistency. The trade-off is that configuring workflows and approval rules is complex and we leaned heavily on consultants. Strong capability, but not something a small team can self-serve easily.

Happy with my tile order, minor packaging waste
Renovation Brands had the exact subway tile I wanted at a better price than the big chains, and the order arrived complete with no broken pieces. Customer service answered my pre-order question about lead times quickly too. Only small complaint is the amount of excess cardboard and foam I had to break down afterward.

Solid app, deposit system takes getting used to
Hostelworld made finding cheap beds in Portugal easy and the map view is handy for picking a good location. The reviews steered me away from a couple of dodgy places. Paying a deposit online then the balance at the hostel works fine but tripped me up the first time.

Great platform, seller quality varies
MercadoLibre has an enormous selection and the payment system is excellent. My problem is that the experience really depends on the individual seller; some ship instantly while others sit on the order for days. The reputation scores help, but I've still been burned by a slow seller despite good ratings.

My Honor laptop developed a screen flicker within the warranty period and getting it repaired has been a nightmare. The service centre kept the unit for over three weeks with no updates and I had to chase repeatedly for any response. For a brand this size the after-sales support is unacceptable.

Parcel marked delivered but never arrived
Disappointed with my last experience. The Iconic's tracking said my order was delivered but nothing turned up at my door. It took several days and a few emails before they agreed to resend, and the original item was by then out of stock so I had to take a refund instead. The communication could have been much faster.
