Timeless kurtas and lovely natural skincare
Fabindia never disappoints me, the cotton kurtas are beautifully crafted and the neem-and-tulsi soap I bought smells divine and lasts well. The store experience is calm and the staff are helpful. It's rare to find one brand doing apparel, home and personal care this well.
Pros
Quality craftsmanship, lovely natural products

Expensive for what mid-size teams need
iCIMS is clearly built for large enterprises, and as a mid-size company we found ourselves paying for modules we rarely touched. The contract and add-on pricing added up faster than budgeted. The product works, but the cost-to-value felt off for our scale.

Keys never arrived and support went silent
I bought a bundle during a charity drive and three of the game keys simply never appeared in my library. I opened a ticket, got an automated reply, and then heard nothing for over a week. Paying money where part goes to charity and still getting cheated like this is unacceptable.

Brilliant expertise but hard to get attention as a smaller client
There is no doubting the legal firepower here; the M&A advice was genuinely excellent. The flip side is that as a mid-sized client we often felt like we were at the back of the queue behind the marquee deals. When we did get partner time it was worth the wait, but getting it was the challenge.

Decent for standard documents, but support is hit or miss
Used ICICI Direct LegalDocs to get a rental agreement and an affidavit drafted, and the templates themselves are solid and compliant. The problem was follow-up — when I had a query about stamp duty for my state, the response took three days and felt copy-pasted. Convenient for routine paperwork, frustrating when you actually need a human.

Compliance deadline was missed and it cost me a penalty
I relied on Doola to track my filing deadlines and an annual report slipped through, leaving me with a state penalty I had to pay myself. When I flagged it, the response was that it was ultimately my responsibility, despite the whole point being that they manage compliance. Lost trust after that.

Powerful supplier management, steep to learn
SirionLabs gives our procurement team genuinely deep visibility into supplier obligations and contract performance once it is set up. The catch is the complexity, where the sheer number of features and configuration options means it takes real effort to get value. It is a serious enterprise CLM, just be ready to invest in learning it.

Deep but you need a specialist to drive it
Botify is clearly built for serious technical SEO at enterprise scale and the crawl data is excellent. Where I'm torn is accessibility, as the platform really assumes you have a dedicated technical SEO who lives in it daily. For a smaller team it's a lot of capability that goes underused. Great tool, demanding to operate.

Scale and support that actually deliver
We run native campaigns across a dozen markets and Taboola's reach is unmatched, we consistently hit our conversion targets at a CPA that makes the channel profitable. The pixel and conversion tracking integrated cleanly with our stack, and the optimisation tools like target CPA bidding do the heavy lifting. Our rep reviews performance with us monthly and the recommendations are sharp. Genuinely a core part of our acquisition mix now.

Refund took forever after I cancelled
I purchased a railway exam batch on Adda247 but cancelled within the window. Getting my money back was a struggle and support kept giving me automated replies for almost three weeks. The course itself was fine but the billing experience left a sour taste.

Stale tea and a refund runaround
The chamomile tea I received from Vahdam smelled flat and tasted dusty, nothing like the fresh aroma I expected from their marketing. When I asked for a refund I was bounced between automated replies for days with no resolution. For premium-priced tea this was a real letdown.

Good picture, mixed on the SmartCast platform
The Vizio TV has a lovely bright panel and great picture out of the box. The SmartCast platform, though, can be slow and occasionally shows ads on the home screen which I find annoying. The hardware is great; the software experience leaves me torn.

Cable stopped working within weeks
My Belkin charging cable felt sturdy at first but stopped transferring data and then charging within a few weeks of normal use. At this price point I expected far more durability. Disappointing given the brand's reputation for accessories.

Solid express service for the price
Used YTO Express for several intercity shipments and the parcels turned up within the promised window each time. Boxes were in good shape and the courier called before arriving. Only gripe is the app interface feels dated and the English support is thin if you are outside China.

Shiseido transformed my dull winter skin
After one bottle of the Vital Perfection serum my complexion looks brighter and the fine lines around my eyes are softer. The texture absorbs instantly and never pills under moisturiser. Delivery was quick, the gift wrapping was gorgeous, and the free deluxe samples actually matched my skin type. Couldn't be happier.
Pros
Brightening results, generous samples, fast shipping

Good for entry-level work, some stale posts
I found Aasaanjobs really helpful for blue-collar openings in my city and the local language support made it accessible. Got a couple of genuine interview calls quickly. The only niggle was a few listings that were no longer active.
Pros
Accessible, relevant local jobs
Cons
A few inactive listings
Cons
Pricing heavy for mid-size teams

The HERO captured my whole trek flawlessly
My GoPro HERO survived a soaking, dust, and a couple of drops on my Himalayan trek and never missed a shot. The stabilisation is so smooth my handheld footage looks like it was on a gimbal. Easily the most rugged, capable little camera I've ever owned.
Things started fine but over the last quarter my fill rate on the widget tanked, especially for non-US visitors. A big chunk of my audience is from India and SEA and the eCPM there is almost nothing, so the unfilled impressions just sit there empty. Disappointing because the US numbers were genuinely good.
Pros
Strong on tier-1 US traffic
Cons
Poor fill and eCPM for non-US / tier-2 traffic

Faultless luxury stay at The Oberoi
Spent four nights at an Oberoi property and the service was simply on another level. Staff remembered our names, the room was spotless with a stunning view, and the breakfast spread was the best I've had at any hotel. Worth every rupee for a special occasion.
Pros
Impeccable service and housekeeping

Beautiful beach house, flawless stay
Our Vacasa beachfront rental was spotless, exactly as pictured and stocked with everything we needed for a week with the kids. Check-in via the app was effortless and a quick question got answered within the hour. Easily the best holiday home we've booked.
Pros
Spotless property and easy app check-in
Cons
Very slow refund and robotic support

Customer service that treats you like a person
What keeps me with US Cellular is the support, I can walk into a local store and get a real answer instead of an endless phone menu. They waived a fee for me once just for being a loyal customer. The network reliability is the icing on the cake.
Pros
Personable, in-person support

Lovely packaging, average results
Dot & Key products look gorgeous on the shelf and smell wonderful, which is why I keep buying. The under-eye cream was nice but didn't do much for my dark circles after a month. Some hits, some misses — the lip masks are genuinely good though.
Pros
Beautiful packaging, great lip masks
Cons
Eye cream underwhelmed
Cons
Stale product, poor refund handling
Pros
Bright panel, good picture
Cons
Sluggish SmartCast, home-screen ads
Cons
Cable failed within weeks

Felt let down by the state at release
I pre-ordered MindsEye expecting the polished experience that was teased, and what I got was riddled with crashes and bugs on my system. For the price Build A Rocket Boy asked, this should not have shipped in this condition. Hugely disappointing launch.
Cons
Crashes, bugs, and an unpolished launch
Pros
On-time delivery, careful handling
Cons
Dated app and limited English support

Delivery on iOS was a letdown
We chose PushEngage to reach our mobile audience, but notification delivery to iOS web users was inconsistent and many simply never arrived. The dashboard reported sends that recipients told us they never saw. For a platform built around re-engagement, unreliable delivery defeats the purpose.
