Solid native fill for our content site
We switched our below-article slots to Taboola native widgets and the fill rate has been basically 100% across desktop and mobile. RPMs are noticeably better than the banner setup we ran before, and the recommendation feed blends in nicely with our layout. Only gripe is the dashboard takes a while to load when you pull a 90-day range.

au network has been flawless
KDDI's au service has given me incredibly stable coverage all over Japan, from dense Tokyo to quiet countryside towns. The 5G speeds are excellent and I've never had a dropped call. The au app and points integration with everyday shopping is a genuinely nice bonus. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent 5G and the smoothest roaming
Ooredoo's 5G in Doha is genuinely fast and rock solid, and when I travelled across the Gulf the roaming kicked in instantly with transparent rates. Topping up through the app is effortless. After switching from another carrier, this has been a clear upgrade in every way.

Naukrigulf has a reasonable set of openings for the Middle East and I appreciated the region-specific search. Where it fell short was customer support, who took ages to respond when I had an issue verifying my account. Solid job content, the service side needs work.

Billing disputes took weeks to sort
GoBOLT overcharged us on a couple of lanes and getting the invoice corrected was painfully slow. The operations team was responsive but the finance side dragged on for almost three weeks before issuing a credit note. For a B2B logistics provider this kind of billing friction is disappointing.

Made GDPR and SOC 2 far less painful
Running both SOC 2 and GDPR programmes through Vanta means our small security team is not drowning in spreadsheets anymore. The auditor-friendly evidence export saved days during our last assessment. I would love a slightly cheaper tier for early-stage companies, but the value is clearly there.

Support went silent when spend spiked unexpectedly
One month our daily spend jumped well past the cap we thought was set, and it took days to get anyone to even acknowledge the issue. By then a chunk of budget was already gone on low-quality placements. For an ad-tech company this size the lack of urgency was unacceptable.

For competitor PPC research SpyFu is unbeatable on value. I can pull a competitor's most profitable keywords, see their ad variations, and export everything without hitting a paywall every five minutes. It helped me find gap keywords that cut our cost-per-click noticeably. As a small agency this is exactly what we needed.

Strong platform, reporting export needs work
Good experience overall. The discovery feed earns steadily on our regional news site and the team approved us faster than I assumed for a smaller publisher. Pulling raw data out for our own BI dashboard is a pain though, the CSV export is limited and I end up copying numbers by hand more than I should.

Excellent dining and rooms, parking a hassle
We thoroughly enjoyed our ITC Hotels stay; the bedding was some of the most comfortable I've slept on and the buffet spread was magnificent. The staff were warm and professional. The one niggle was valet parking was slow at peak hours, leaving us waiting before a dinner reservation.

Fresh some days, disappointing others
Otipy is genuinely a mixed bag for me. When the fruits are good they're really good and cheaper than the local mandi, but roughly a third of my orders have a bruised or overripe item. I keep using it for the savings but I'm never fully sure what I'll get.

Ninjacart keeps my store stocked with fresh vegetables at fair B2B rates and the deliveries are mostly punctual. The quality of root veg and onions in particular has been reliable. My only gripe is the loose packing means a bit of bruising in transit. Still a strong partner overall.

I keep my account with Interactive Brokers mainly for the rock-bottom commissions and global reach, which genuinely save me money. The mixed part is support, where a straightforward query was handled fine but a more involved one bounced between channels before anyone helped.
