Account frozen with no warning or answers
Monzo froze my current account out of nowhere and locked me out of my own money for over a week with no clear explanation. Every chat reply pointed to a vague review process while my direct debits bounced. For something this serious, the lack of a phone line and real answers was deeply frustrating.
Cons
Account frozen without explanation, no phone support

They actually understand emerging markets
Most global banks treat Africa and the Middle East as afterthoughts, but Standard Chartered clearly specialises there. Setting up accounts and trade finance for our regional operations was smooth, and the relationship managers knew the local landscape inside out. Exceptional for international business.

Handy tracker with a slightly busy interface
I rely on INDmoney to keep an eye on my investments across India and the US, and the dashboard does a good job of consolidating everything. The interface can feel a little crowded with all the features competing for attention. Still, for tracking and US investing it has earned a spot on my phone.

Excellent UX for both spot and futures
What sets Bybit apart for me is how intuitive it is across both spot and derivatives — even complex order types are easy to set. The risk management tools and clear liquidation info help me trade with confidence. Deposits via crypto arrive in minutes. A polished, trustworthy exchange.

An anniversary we'll never forget
Booked an Oberoi suite for our anniversary and they went above and beyond with rose petals and a handwritten note. The concierge arranged a private dinner on the terrace and even coordinated our cab to the airport seamlessly. Pure class from check-in to check-out.

Fine for one night, nothing special
Ginger does exactly what an economy hotel should and nothing more. The bed was okay, the room was clean enough, but the breakfast was very limited and the lobby felt crowded at peak hours. It's a fair deal for the rate but I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Good guidance for B-school applications
Beyond the test prep, CareerLauncher's GD-PI and profile-building support genuinely helped me through the MBA admissions process. The mentors gave honest feedback on my interview answers. I'd have liked more one-on-one mock interview slots, but overall the counseling was valuable.

Bike+ completely changed my morning routine
I was sceptical about spending this much on an exercise bike, but the Peloton Bike+ has been worth every rupee. The live classes are genuinely motivating and the instructors push you without being annoying. Six months in and I have ridden more than the entire two years I had a gym membership.

App got bloated and slower
I've used realestate.com.au for years but recent app updates feel cluttered with ads and sponsored placements that bury genuine listings. It also crashed a couple of times mid-search. The data is still the best around, which makes the clunky experience more annoying.

Transformed how our firm sources deals
CoStar's analytics and listing coverage have completely changed how we identify commercial opportunities. The ability to track ownership, tenancy and comparable transactions in one platform saves our team hours every week. For serious CRE work it is worth every cent.

Reliable home internet, slow install
TELUS PureFibre at our place is fast and stable, and we haven't had a single outage in months of streaming and video calls. Getting it installed took longer to schedule than I expected, but once the tech arrived the work was clean and tidy. Very happy with the day-to-day service.

My go-to salon for haircuts and grooming
Lookkool has become my regular spot. The stylists actually listen, the hygiene standards are excellent, and they never rush you out the door. My last haircut got compliments all week. Booking through them is easy and the staff are warm and professional. Highly recommend.

Peugeot under Stellantis is brilliantly engineered
My Peugeot, part of the Stellantis group, has been a revelation. The i-Cockpit layout took a day to adjust to and then I never looked back. Efficient engine, refined ride, and the build quality feels properly European. Stellantis is clearly putting out strong products.

Pros
Deep emerging-market expertise

Great consolidation, US access

Redirected to an agent that took my money and vanished
Wego sent me to a partner agent for a cheap fare and after I paid, the booking was never confirmed and the agent stopped replying. Wego told me it's only a search engine and not responsible for the partner, so I was left chasing a refund alone. Be very careful who it links you to.
Cons
No support when a partner agent fails to deliver

My go-to for instant convenience
Gopuff has basically replaced my late-night corner-store trips. The selection of drinks and snacks is solid and delivery is consistently fast in my neighborhood. The one thing I'd change is the small-order minimum, which nudges me to add stuff I don't really need.
Pros
Consistently fast, good snack selection
Cons
Order minimum is annoying

Restaurant cancelled but I still waited an hour
I placed an order on Lieferando and only after waiting nearly an hour did I learn the restaurant had cancelled it. No proactive notification, no apology. The refund eventually came but the whole evening was ruined.
Cons
No cancellation alert, long wait wasted
Pros
Helpful admissions and interview guidance
Cons
Limited one-on-one mock interview slots

Great app, ads and prompts get in the way
The core homework help on Zuoyebang is genuinely good and the explanations are clear. What dampens it is the number of prompts pushing paid courses and the occasional ad between features. The free side is useful but you feel constantly nudged toward upgrades, which is a shame.
Pros
Clear explanations, useful free features
Cons
Frequent paid-course prompts and ads
Pros
Engaging live and on-demand classes
Pros
Best data set
Cons
Cluttered, occasionally crashing app

Deposit dispute left me stranded
I paid a deposit through Beike for a rental and when the deal fell through, getting it refunded was a nightmare that dragged on for weeks. Customer support kept passing me between departments with no resolution. For a platform this large, the lack of accountability was deeply frustrating.
Cons
Slow refund and poor dispute handling
Pros
All-in-one CRE intelligence

Capable platform with a steep adoption curve
Icertis clearly has enterprise-grade contract lifecycle features and the AI clause analysis is handy. Where I'm torn is on usability: business users find the interface unintuitive and adoption outside the legal team has been slow. Powerful under the hood, but it asks a lot of everyday users.
Pros
Enterprise-grade CLM features
Cons
Unintuitive for business users

Strong technology, pricing clarity could be better
Zeta's banking-tech platform has handled our payment volumes without a hitch and the engineering quality shows. I'm happy overall, just wish the commercial terms and per-transaction fee breakdown had been clearer up front so finance could forecast better.
Pros
Scales with volume
Cons
Pricing not fully transparent

Reliable commercial insurer, paperwork heavy
Raheja QBE delivered a dependable commercial property policy for our office and the risk assessment by their team was professional. The only minor gripe is the volume of documentation required at onboarding, which slowed things down a little. Overall a trustworthy choice for business cover.
Pros
Professional risk assessment
Cons
Document-heavy onboarding
Pros
Stable fibre with no outages
Cons
Install scheduling took a while

Reliability you can build a business on
Uptime with NTT has been essentially flawless for us, which matters when our entire operation depends on the network. Support is professional, response times are fast, and they clearly understand large-scale infrastructure. It's the kind of dependability that lets me stop worrying about connectivity.
Pros
Outstanding uptime and expert support
Pros
Attentive stylists, great hygiene, easy booking

Our Dost fleet runs flawlessly and cheaply
I run a small logistics business and our Ashok Leyland Dost mini-trucks have been incredibly economical, the mileage beats everything else we considered. Loading capacity is honest, the engines are bulletproof, and resale value held up well. Service support has been prompt every single time. A genuinely smart investment for last-mile delivery.
